If your course is not opening or loading properly, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Check for Pop-Up Blocking
Courses may open in a new window.
If nothing happens when you click the course, your browser may be blocking pop-ups.

Step 2: Refresh and Try Again
- Refresh the page
- Log out and log back in
- Try opening the course again
